如果配偶一方去世,財產是否由配偶及子女平分?
community property - 100% estate passing to the surviving spouse.
joint tenancy with right survivorship - 100% passing to the surviving joint tenant(s)
tenancy in common - 平分

另外,如果去世配偶買了人壽保險又無遺囑,受益人是否仍是配偶及子女.
