J1簽證mutual funds投資報稅

我是J1簽證，如果我進行mutual funds投資，long term mutual funds 的financial gains 按多少百分比報稅? 我知道綠卡持有者要按15%報稅，J1簽證屬於foreigner，是不是按不同的百分比報稅？
