兩個房子選哪個?

兩個房子都在一個小區. 

1.1600sqf. 一層樓. 3bedrooms 2 bathrooms.  地毯和laminate都還能將就用. bathroom和廚房都是laminate. 沒有coverd patio.  $130K.

2.2800sqf.  2層樓. 4bedrooms ,2.5bathrooms. 地毯要換.樓下估計要鋪地磚. 樓上地毯要換. 有covered patio.  $156K.
