Lessons to be learned from this case:

We know many landlords here like Mexican tenants because they always pay rent on time. We have several Mexican tenants too and no troubles before until this. It seems it is not true for 2nd generation of Mexicans.

We should have used the same leasing procedures when we handled those Mexican tenants.
