現在的租客沒搬走前能帶人看房

本人是新手，問大家一個菜鳥問題：現在的房客2月份要搬走，我應該什麽時候開始打廣告招租？在房客沒搬走前，我能給別人show 房子嗎？還是要等到房子空了再招新租客？大家是怎麽做的？謝謝各位！！
