alternative tenant's authorization

the most tenants do not care about credit check unless they want to hide something from you such as eviction records etc. a lot of tenant screening site such as http://www.ntnonline.com does not require tenant's authorization at all.

another alternative approach is to ask tenants to pay for credit check fee up front to show that they are serious and have nothing to hide. once they paid, you automatically get their consent for tenant screening or credit check.
