It is a matter of choice. Where could you find a better place? What assets shall you have?  Miat suggested to sell Real estate in China and buy in U.S, back at 2008-2009. Looking back 4 years ago, he probably is not right in selling China RE, but he is right in buying U.S.  

The only other asset shall be in your portofolio is gold. He is not right in buying SD, but again you have to make your own judegement. Whenever a person who buy in any asset without thinking throughfully and takes respon*****ility of the outcome, h/she is doomed.
