說撒嬌就撒嬌：正在過戶一個房，有問題如下：

1.廚房要全部remodel，上次詢問的結果是homedepot最便宜，那麽設計是在homedepot還是homedepot網上自己設計？我正在做預算，要注意什麽？

2.4室的SFH，平房，公用地帶（廚房，客廳，廁所，走廊）全部是瓷磚，4個臥室地毯被扒了，該安裝地毯？瓷磚？laminate？哪個更合適？
