剛才收到一個listing agent的來信。這個房子是Cash Offer Only.

My compliments to each of you on the hard work and effort that went into making your fine offer presentations.  We appreciate your interest and patience to be evaluated fairly.  Although this home’s condition was poor due to years of neglect, it received an overwhelming amount of interest from cash buyers. 

 

All in all, there were exactly 102 offers presented.  Clearly, I underestimated the pool of cash buyers and, again, want to thank you for being professional yet forthright on your client’s behalf.  We are moving forward with one of the offers that seemed to rise ahead of yours.   .......

 

Thank you for your interest and please be assured that your offer was considered fairly.  Because of the great number of offers received, the estate will not be rejecting each and every offer.  Instead, this shall serve as your notice that your offer was reviewed and, in turn, rejected.  Good luck in the hunt ahead for your clients.
