The mini van is waiting. It is about 140 miles from airport to auction site. Planotx and jeepster talk about project and personal experiences in USA. Jy is waiting in his office with his "blonde". Everyone looks excited about auction. All checks are deposited to the bank, and Planotx gets earnest money for the auction. They visit the 455-unit property (potential 2nd project). Few second of pause, the young gun raise his hand again. Clearly he is reaching his limit. 285k.. Jy lift his finger again. 290k... The auctioneer looks at the young gun for more. The boy looks at his mom... Long pause, the auctioneer announce a two minutes break...
Two minutes is long... Finally the auctioneer is back and resume the auction. the game is over. No one is bidding again. We got it...
