Any story you can share? To collect HOA fee from everyone among

Two of them are not paying.  We went to th esamll claim court and got some money back.  Now it's time to repeat the same process.  Another unit is applying for foreclosure.  The bank paid 6 months fee, that's it!  What can I do?  Any advice?
