登租房廣告遇到的問題

 我在Craigslist 登了租房廣告，留了電話和電子郵箱，電話沒接到一個，電子郵箱每天十封左右信件，大都上來就介紹自己然後要求我提供名字地址，要付我payment。懷疑有詐，貼一封信大家看看真偽，聽說過有上當的，但不知怎麽被騙的。

I'm coming to stay for 6 month but presently on research work at Guam
and will be coming for my master degree August. I would have loved to
call you but this is a remote area calls are very hard to go through
from here, so please try and understand...  Meanwhile I'll would have
like to come and check at the room before renting but am very far...
but with pictures that will make me happy.

I'll like you to tell me more about yourself and if you have garage
or parking space cos i will have my own car come over, please let me
know the total amount for the first month rent and payment will be
done by via US Cashier's & Certified Check. So i'll need you to
provide me your full mailing information so that payment can be issued
out to you on time...

adding you extra $100 for you to know that i am serious about it.
