hi, Landlords, do you charge tenants by hourly rate for things they bother you (outside the requirement of lease).

do you charge tenants by hourly rate for things they bother you like, $100/hr, or $200/hr? just to stop them bothering you. 

 

But I get afraid, then if something goes wrong in the rental unit, the tenants can also learn to charge the landlord by hourly rate for inconveniences, loss of work hours etc..
