小地主決定停止擴大規模，不再繼續買房子了。

突然覺得當地主沒勁，不想再買房子了。已經有的房子就算了，不想繼續再買了。

生活中有太多美好的東西可以享受，有太多的priority更加enjoyable。一棟房子一年頂多也就賺1萬塊，而且要沒有空置，沒有維修。不過也沒有白當地主一回，一個經曆吧。在這百年難遇的經融危機下當了美國地主，生活也算是完整了。

決定重新調整一下自己的priority。多花點時間和精力在孩子和日漸年邁的父母身上。
