謝謝大家回複。我剛剛給他們發了個email，就是大家說的，一個是這些是正常損耗，一個是他們沒有及時return deposit或者provide list (我GOOGLE了一下，是不是Texas Security Deposits are covered under the Texas Property Code, §92.101 - §92.109, protecting the rights of renters regarding their security deposit）。看看他們怎麽回複。比較麻煩的是我們現在不在美國，真要去告他們的話也很麻煩。

我主要就是挺生氣的，我們原來那麽considerate，而且我LG住了這麽多年，一個CONDO都差不多給他們pay off了，現在他們這麽欺負人。房東是美國人。
