這相當於一個沒有監管的utility公司;that said,  still think Disney has better assets and a brighter future. They are upgrading streaming technologies and exchange ownership with nfl, acquired hulu and expanding streaming internationally. They desearve a close look. The uncertainty they are facing now is who will replace Bob Iger in 2026.
