Mexico does not have a six-month passport validity requirement for U.S. citizens. As long as your passport is valid for the entire duration of your stay, you can enter Mexico without any issues. Since your passport is valid for over a month and you’re staying for only 7 days, you do not need to renew it before your trip.
However, it’s always a good idea to check with your airline, as some airlines have their own passport validity rules. Safe travels!
