前幾天有人說收入越高公司match401K越多，我家兩個W2 ，LD完全沒有match，兒子今天告訴我

他前麵兩年一直沒有match的，因為收入超過某個限度數字了，現在公司把這個限度數字大大提高了，他明年就可以match了，但是如果運氣好的話，收入超了，又過不了兩年又估計沒有match了。

所以公司和公司不同，未必是收入高，match越高的。
