補充一點哈， coverdell -> 529 -> roth

1. 小孩小時，如果收入不太高，可以存 Coverdell Education account

2. 存529 沒有收入限製

3. Coverdell Education account 用不完的，30歲可以轉到529

4. 從2024開始， 529 開了15年後，5年前存的可以轉到小孩 Roth，每年受Roth Max 限製 （$6500 2023）， 但是不受小孩收入限製

 

The 529 account must have been open and in the beneficiary’s name for more than 15 years and the eligible rollover amount must have been in the 529 account for at least 5 years (including contributions and earnings).
