換了個motor fan + capacitor, 多少錢合適？

 

  前一段時間，房客說空調壞了，估計是fan 的問題。

  Contractor 過去直接換了這倆，說先湊合用著，給找個 好點的二手的condenser 換。

  但R22 compatible 的condenser 不好找了。加州已經不賣了。

後來說可以隻換 condenser coil， 

 他年紀也大了，我想著先付了。

 我是傾向於換個新的 condenser 的。隻換coil 估計也得個2000的。
