跟一堆退休了混吃等死的過是沒意思的。。。

需要繼續正向地參與社會，跟年輕人打交道，而不是隻做一個消費者。
盡量延長這個性質的生活的時間，所以需要有所選擇，盡力而為，什麽事可以長期做下去，做長期計劃和COMMITMENT。

當然誰都有啥也做不了的那一天，那也無可奈何，不過活到那份上這一輩子也夠本了。

現在做義工的同事都是二十幾歲的大孩子，人歲數到那兒了，對他們有一種作為長輩的關懷之心，很有益健康。
