看上的那個多家庭

8unit，靠近學校，我猜可能租客以年輕人為主。租金一年75k，運營花銷（water，sewer，repair，tax，insurance, management 7%）一年24k。

現在不知道商業貸款利率怎麽樣，還有closing cost。

這是賣家給的cooked的數據。listing price 700k。

這個肯定不是好deal，但有多少降價空間呢？
