Wholesaler deal. 第六個BRRRR 項目。Triplex, 195K, rehab 30K， ARV 300-330k, Rent should over 3K.

第二個BRRRR 拿到的錢下周去closing 第4和5個BRRRR項目，

第三個BRRRRy已經做完了並出租了，目前正在refi。 希望可以用這個錢去closing這個triplex. 

 

以後第4個-5個的重貸的錢可以買下一個。然後Keep going。

租金的現金流攢著，攢夠了買個大的多家庭。
