請教是否可起用bandonment還是eviction，還是有啥溝通的有效辦法 - 房客30天通知後12月1號搬出 -

此前要求與房客schedule final walkthrough，沒有回複。12月1號短信說需要幾天時間搬玩清潔。回複同意等幾天再見麵。

周六房客來短信自12月1日起全家已住進airbnb找下個住房。東西還沒搬玩，也可能不要，也許要雇人搬空與清潔。沒有找到新住處東西也沒有地方搬。沒有時間計劃隻提他在struggle。立刻回複要求周日約時間見麵詳談如何解決。直到現在房客也沒有短信回複。

周日專程去探虛實：窗外看有的屋子搬空了，有的屋子大沙發廚具都沒有動。晚上房前與樓上臥室的燈亮著，driveway沒有車，敲門無人應。看來人不在這裏住，但也不知道到airbnb是在附近還是遠處。

情況是房子不準備再出租。因為房客提出要走，沒有給60天搬家通知；要是eviction，房客補交房租是否會住回來？啟動abandonment程序是否可行？要是不交房住回來或有其他人住進來就更難辦了。

請教大家如何行動可以最有效，最快的將房子收回。
