自己住的房子還是出租房？

So the workers installing chandelier accidentally dropped a piece damaged one strip of oak flooring in the middle of the room.  The builder brought in the pro to take out the whole piece.  Carefully chiseled away cleanly.  Pulled out the nails.  Drop in a identical piece without the tongue in place.  You can’t see or feel any difference.
