 Thanks for the Interest, My house is available for rent located at 502 130th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98005 in quiet and safe neighborhood. I need someone to rent the house in my absence because I just secured a new contract here in Charleston, South Carolina. I couldn't found a sincere Realtor before left and I discovered they are trying to inflate the rent and their charges which I can't afford, So I stopped dealing with them because money is not the problem but responsible tenant that would take care of the house.
 
NB: You are free to check the neighborhood and then get back to me for further discussion, Any Realtor sign post will be removed once I get a responsible tenant because the Realtor is no longer in charge. It is available for a long Term Lease as we would be here for probably 3years or more and we are also intending to relocate and buy my new house here in Charleston, South Carolina (Security deposit required) which is $900. References needed, Pets Acceptable and Pets Deposit Required. The rent fee is $1650 per month including the all the utilities. Get back to me if interested so I can forward you the Application Form.
