出租房地板選擇--後天開工，急！！

新買的一個出租房，需要所有房間客廳把很舊的地毯換掉。決定換地板，但是不知道選哪種合適。 我以前裝過Engineered Hardwood， 那種拚裝的， 但是總是有地方踩上去晃悠， 不喜歡。 喜歡踩著結結實實的那種地板， 聽說就是要nail down的。 特來請教大家給些建議。 謝謝！
