Dear Xxx

Due to rampant online housing fraud, I don’t commit my unit to people who don’t visit in person.  I understand this might creat inconvinence for you, I am sorry I don’t have resources like big apartment companies to serve remote applicant.

Whenever you are in town I would be happy to show you the unit, subject to availability.
