租客三選一

房租$1650，gentrification 區，四室兩衛，1600 sq ft.

1）三個roommates, 很年輕，收入共$5100， 但其中唯一一個是stable job, 收入2100，其他兩個都是剛找的工作。收入2100的credit隻有527， 有好些past due account，都是federal loan. 從finance角度看太不可靠。

2）section 8, 單身媽媽帶三個孩子，其中兩孩子已成年，很快要離開。媽媽剛考出護士執照，收入3900，credit 630. 缺點是他們似乎挺有錢，準備一年後買房。媽媽十多年前有幾個偷竊紀錄。

3） section 8, 單身爸爸帶七個孩子，信用$560， 收入2100

是2) 比較好嗎？
