爛（低價）房是最好的選擇！房子貴的把地稅付了，你跟著享受用這些稅錢支撐的資源（學校，警察等等），何樂而不為？生活會很壓抑純屬是老中的庸俗想法因為老中就愛比富，虛榮的很！老美沒那麽多事，誰也不會看不起你，人家沒那邊多的閑工夫去和你比這比那的。人家的學校裏孩子也都是家教比較好的，根本不會像中國那些什麽富二代的樣子。
