請問, the couple fight all the time in the early morning 1-3am. The neighbor called me to complain an told me that police has come multiple times. I wrote them email to tell them they should keep the living environment quiet. But this morning, neighbor sent me 3 messages that they fighted @6:30 again. What I should do? There is no obey the condo bylaw in the lease. Can I still envict them?
