do u know mushrooms too? wow, that could be lethal

One of a professor (ecology at U. Pitt) advised me not to try any if I am on my own. She says there was a French chef died in front of camera cooking wild mushrooms. They are extremely difficult to be identified by their looks.

What you need to do is going with experts or locals who know where to find them. Once they established, the edible mushrooms grow season after season at some spots. They are the most delicious stuff and cost a fortune to buy.

I have a friend she lived in Vancouver and used to pick wild mushrooms in the woods. She sent me some photos. Too bad that she moved to central Canada.
