All rooms at Riu Cancun are ocean view, and it is all inclusive. But since I didn't stay there, I am not sure if it is the best. Price-wise, there are many other all inclusive hotels which are much more expensive than Riu Cancun, for example, its sister hotel Riu Palace.

So it all depends on your budget and other needs.
