最近我在美國的家庭醫生那裏查TG是1.6NG/mL，這個結果是不是很不好，還有NG/mL這個單位和國內用的ug/L怎麽換算？我現在需要再次作碘131麽？真的很不想做，很難受。
ng/ml = ug/l, it's too early to decide if you need I-131 or not.

TSH是O.164L單位是uIU/mL,請問這是什麽意思，和國內的單位miu/L怎樣比較？
T4,Free(Direct)是1.77ng/dL

對了TG和其他幾個指標不是一天抽的血有關係麽？ NO

都是空腹並且沒有服用甲狀腺素的早上抽的？ If you want to check your Tg without thyroid hormone, you need to stop it for at least 6 weeks.

Your TSH level indicates that you're still under thyroid hormone suppression (or not stop long enough)

Your Tg is< 2 with thyroid hormone suppression (as indicated by your TSH), you need to check a thyroid sonogram, a whole body scan and Tg/Ab after thyroid hormone withdraw or using Thyrogen stimulation to monitor for recurrence. You need to see an endocrinologist to manage your thyroid cancer, it's too complicated for your family physician to manage.
