完了，沒人跟我打網球了

我老公最近老說右胳膊到肩頭疼，我說是50肩。結果今天早晨突然疼醒了，今天一天成米蟲了，光吃飯不幹活，動都不能動。應該是肱二頭肌腱炎，就是右上臂外側肌肉炎症，特別疼，疼得人都縮起來歪著走路。隻能吃布洛芬，但這個藥在新冠期間特別不好，應該是不能吃的。因為它會加重新冠病情，如果得新冠的話。

有人知道什麽好的治療方法嗎？

明天訂了高爾夫，我得跟俱樂部講，我一個人打,,,,
