traditional 401K or roth 401K?

對工資收入很高的年輕人，選哪一種比較合適？ 每年contribution limit， 對traditional 和Roth都是一樣嗎？是不是選Roth放滿等於更多的稅前contribution? 另外，公司的match是跟著選擇放還是隻能放在traditional裏麵？match比例怎麽計算？謝謝！
