關於注冊公司有幾個問題請教 -- 請幫忙！！

1。現在失業在家，拿待業保險。同時有幾幢公寓出租，所以有灰色收入。如果成立公司，因為每月有收入，會不會失去待業保險，或者被迫降低待業保險？

2。因為上述原因，所以成立公司的時候，待業的就不包括在合作者名單裏。等到有了工作，在加名字上去，可以嗎？ 要追加注冊重新交納費用嗎？ 如果是這樣就不太想急著申請公司了。

3。還有，給幾個建議： 大家都是怎麽給公司取名的？
