Don't worry about money. Your father will win. The company will have to pay for all the legal expense. If all you said is true, your father can find lawyer to sue police and the company as well. I would think your parents do not need to worry about money in the future anymore. Don't 和解 with the company without a lawyer. Depends on how big the company is, tons of lawyer might want this case.
