will hurt your GC

if you cut a deal with DA and plea guilty afterwards, you conviction will hurt your GC. i heard people have been waiting for 8 yrs after 140 approved, because of their DV conviction.

and you wont be able to get a visa to come back to the country if you subsequently go back to china befofe you get your GC approved.

so you are talking about not going back to China for 10 yrs. it sucks.
