能不能幫助科普一下，什麽罪名？出門不帶ID？高速邊上禁止走路？隨便上警車打電話？

我以前有個同學和老公發生口角，一個人在外麵走路，因為委屈，邊走邊哭，後來警察把她帶到警察局，特地打電話讓老公來接她。
