Today we received another I797C notice with notice content as "We received $800 filing fee". And my bank account shows the $800 filing fee check was cashed. In this notice there is a paragraph asking for G28 form.
"We did not receive a valid Form G-28,Notice of Entry of apperance as Attorney or Accredited Representitive, with your case. If you are already represented or Wish for someone to represent you, please have your attorney or accredited representitive submit f\FOrm G-28online. For more information on filing G-28, please visit uscis.gov/form/..."
My question is: We filed I290B on the behave of my mom herself. (The part 1, petitioner name as my mom's name) we didn;t hire any attorney, what and how should we response to this inqury?
-Your I-290B has been accepted by USCIS. Because you do not have an attorney and also not plan to have one, you do not need to do anything (not need to respond to it). Just wait for the -290B approval.
