140已經批準，在等待遞交485。請問現在可以轉換到新的職位嗎（公司不變）？新的職位job title and job responsibilities 和140申請的職位有區別。140申請的是軟件開發，新的職務一半軟件開發，一半business operation and management。如果換到新職位，perm和140要重新申請嗎？

-Your new job has to be in the same field as the old one, i.e., within the same occupational classification as the old one, not have to have exact the same responsiblities as the old job. If "一半business operation and management" is in the software development (軟件開發) area, I think it should be fine and you do not need to do the PERM and I-140 all over again, especially you still work in 軟件開發 with 50% load.
