等待485排期間, 可以換職位嗎?

140已經批準，在等待遞交485。請問現在可以轉換到新的職位嗎（公司不變）？新的職位job title and job responsibilities 和140申請的職位有區別。140申請的是軟件開發，新的職務一半軟件開發，一半business operation and management。如果換到新職位，perm和140要重新申請嗎？
