8老師，星期五早上8:30已經打通電話了。但是隻能和tier 1的接線員（就相當於customer service）通話，而且這些接線員沒有權利給人預約去當地USCIS的Office麵談。他們隻能留話給tier 2 的immigration service officers。Tier 2 的immigration service officer 接到tier 1接線員的留言才會回打電話給我。Tier 2 的immigration service officers會回答移民問題和有權決定要不要給我預約去當地USCIS的Office麵談。

星期五我一共被接通了兩次。第一次接線員1聽了我的解釋，查了我們的記錄，要了我的電話，告訴我USCIS會在20-30天之內聯係我，沒有其他辦法。還告訴我withdraw是final decision，不可以file I-290B。

第二次一接通我就要求預約去當地USCIS的Office麵談。 接線員2聽了我的解釋，查了我們的記錄，告訴我她沒有權利給人預約去當地USCIS的Office麵談。但是把我的case mark成了urgent，USCIS會在72小時（work hour）內回我。目前我還在等USCIS的電話。

對8老師的問題：

1. 如果withdraw 是final，必須作廢。但是我的485是分開交的，而且還在處理。我現在怎麽做可以在最短的時間內給父母接著辦綠卡？

-If the I-130 was withdrawn (final decision), the I-485 will be denied some time later. Thus, you need to file I-130 and I-485 again. If you file a new I-130 before the I-485 is denied, you may request USCIS for I-485 interfiling to re-link (interfiling) the pending I-485 to your new I-130 by providing the I-485 Receipt Notice. If you file I-130 after the I-485 is denied, you need to file the I-130 and I-485 concurrently or separately.

Wait until you have the final result from USCIS after you talk to them face to face, then you can file I-130 and I-485 if nothing changed.

2. USCIS如果一直不聯係我該怎麽辦？

-Wait for 72 hours and if you do not receive USCIS call back, you may call USCIS again to request an appointment with the USCIS Field Office. It was a USCIS mistake to withdraw your I-130 because you did not request the withdrawal. So, talking to USCIS officer face to face is a better choice. If they can reopen your case by their own, that will be ideal.
