Overall, USCIS response to your inquiry is positive and very timely. So, just wait for USCIS to email you back after the Potomac Service Center process your inquiry. It seems you case is not complicate, so USCIS does not need to make an appointment with you. They will review the withdrawal reason carefully again and make a final decision. Because your inquiry on the I-130 withdrawal is processing, your I-485 probably will not be denied during your inquiry is processing.
