我今年作為dependent和老公走的eb1, 趕6.1以前交了485，今天收到了receipt.

老公I-485 receipt上麵PD是17年五月。。我的I-485上麵是我原來申請eb-2 NIW的PD, 09/2015。

請問這個有關係嗎？我的PD和preference classification不是應該和老公一樣的嗎？
-It does not matter.  USCIS will approve your I-485 based on the I-140 PD, not the PD on I-485.
