老公是eb1,PD 05/17. 我的Receipt上是我以前140的PD(09/2015)和category(Eb2),這個沒有關係。他們還是會把我當作老公的depedent作為eb1 進行處理吧？
-Yes. Your I-485 receipt notice should have the Class of Admission (COA) code, i.e. green card category code, which indicates what kind  of your I-485 is filed. For example, if your COA code is: E19, then that means your I-485 was filed based on your spouse's I-485 as your spouse' derivative (the spouse of EB-1A holder). So, you can check the COA code in your I-485 receipt notice to identify the category.
