我給小孩們申請過WIC, Medicaid, 還有我自己的temporary medicaid for pregnancy.
-The assistance you got just was temporary/short term non-cash assistance, and such assistance does not belong to Public charge (it is humane assistance). So, you don't need to report it for your green card application, and of course don't need to explain anything about it. So, just say "No" to the relevant question on the Form I-485.

 1.我在寫解釋性信的時候需要提這些都不屬於public charge 嗎？

2. 我就實事求是說申請這些是因為我們符合，因為我們屬於低收入家庭。我不知道這樣行不行？應該寫什麽內容？

3. 這些證據都沒有保留 （485 form，evidence of public assistance）。我現在在打電話要求verification letter for these benefits. 有些部門說會盡快寄出來，但不知道多久。我不知道我有沒有必要等這些證據?我們的排期是5月份就可以提交了。
