估計2016年9月F4排期到, 屆時隨父母的子女將21歲零7個月， 怎麽辦？
-Probably the child will not be age-out based on CSPA age at that time.

CSPA age = the child age when the 排期到 - the I-130 pending time. If the child CSPA age is < 21, then it will be fine.

現在要不要找律師向移民局遞交什麽請求？
