遞交I130後， 不記得是搬家未收到還是搞丟了， 總之現在手上沒有I797: Notice of Action .
但是知道Case no 和priority date:'sep 2002.
所以不知道I-130 pending time 如何算。

I-130 pending time = the I-130 approval date - I-130 receipt date (priority date).
